We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Aveline Care . Below you will find our return and refund guidelines.

🛒 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• Contact us within the 14-day deadline at support@avelinecare.dk .

• You are responsible for return shipping, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Once we have received the item and checked its condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any delivery costs).

Please note: As we use international suppliers (including Zendrop), return shipping may be higher than with Danish webshops. We recommend that you contact us first so that we can agree on the most practical solution.

⚡ Complaints / Defective goods

If you receive a damaged or defective item , or the item does not match the description:

• Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery .

• Send pictures or video that clearly show the problem.

• We then offer either a new item or a full refund .

• In most cases, the item does not need to be returned , as our supplier has warehouses outside the EU.

💳 Refund

• Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.

• Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.
